DIY a Doggy marionette !!!!!!

It is very easy to make marionette ( puppet on string ) a project that offers lots of fun not only to make it but to play with after 

The pattern is available as a digital file  on ETSY and as a booklet in my website www.puppetinabag.co.uk 

What you need it's just some old yarn ,

 few felt straps , fishing line and little wooden stick 

The pattern contains templates , step- by -step
 instructions and pictures

TIP; the most important point at the finishing touches is to attach  the strings of the  head and the body correctly

Cow Hand Puppet-sewing pattern

The Cow is the second animal from my Project "Old McDonald Farm" Sewing pattern so I am half way trough

The idea was to create a pattern for a cute but very easy to make Little cow , for beginners level, just using hand stitching , and I am happy with the outcome

I wondered a bit about the balance between the black and white so white body with black patches or black body with white patches??? but then the first option appeared to be better

I must admit that the cow is one of my very favourite puppets that i have created

I have been designed the Colour me in Puppet sets to be attractive for girls and boys of school age as most of my creations are for babies and toddlers I wanted to make a product that could be interesting for a bit older children and to be a multifunctional one

COLOUR INPLAY and CREATE StoriesWASH IT OUTand ...................Start all over again 

I wonder about the retail presentation i wanted something transparent but in same time to compliment the lovely natural look of the Soft White 100 % Cotton Jersey that is my main material,

so friend suggested to try boxes and i loved it but it took a bit of time though ........

to make the box after receiving everything flat pack these days

                        Finally a got my new product Colour me in Puppet Sets completed

and I am very happy with the result
